It was one of those days where everything seemed a little ill fated right from the very beginning! We woke up with the fridge accidentally switched off and most of our stuff sitting around at 60 degrees. Then, we discovered a crack in the cockpit fiberglass, that might be a REALLY big bummer or just a pain in the butt. After that we attempted a family trip to West Marine where the kids ran around like crazy people and interrupted us constantly while we were trying to talk to helpful employees. It was one of those days where living on a boat felt rough.

Then...we took her out. It was a gorgeous day. We took her through the drawbridge for fun and played with her anchor equipment (which could work better). We had an amazing time, and while we where out the stresses that seemed ever present melted away.
